Let me take a moment to extol the virtues of Flight+ ($1.99 in the iOS app store). Yesterday we were sitting at our gate in Dallas, waiting for our (much delayed) flight to board, and suddenly we received alerts that the flight had been cancelled. We rushed to the counter, just behind another guy who was using the app and just as the pilot of the cancelled flight walked by.
“How do you guys know this flight is cancelled before I do?” he asked.
You should probably get this app.
